Our Short And To The Point Godox TT350S Review!

So, the main problem for many photographers who choose to use a Sony camera body is the lack of good third party flash unit options. This is largely due to many of the third party brands who usually make the decent yet more cost efficient flash units for cameras tend to focus on both Canon and Nikon camera brands. This has previously left no real options other than to either fork out for the expensive official Sony flash heads or settle for a low quality cheap flash unit.

Thankfully, times are changing and Godox have identified this problem and managed to corner the market with their third party, Sony camera compatible flash range. Due to this, we have decided to publish our full Godox TT350S review to try and make as many Sony camera body owners aware of this great little flash unit as possible due to it being a right little bargain flash at a fair price offering excellent performance.

The video below is a more in depth review of the Godox TT350S that we would highly recommend you check out if you have the time available. That said though, our review article is more to the point for those who dont have spare time available. Additionally, this article also does a great job of reviewing the flash too offering another additional opinion.

So, considering the price point on the market, the Godox TT350S actually has a really high build quality and it is also made from some very high quality materials too. This ensures that you are getting a very robust flash unit that is also very lightweight while also offering some excellent levels of performance and functionality too.

It has proven extremley popular with the Sony camera owning community, especially those who own a Sony A6000 due to the increased functionality with Sony camera bodies. That said, always ensure that you pick up the flash varian with the "S" suffix after the TT350 as there are multiple versions of the flash on the market that are designed for other popular camera bodies.

The hot shoe mount on the flash unit is also high quality to ensure that it will hold its shape over time and not warp. This makes sure that you are able to quickly and easily mount or unmount the Godox TT350S as required for many years to come without the hot shoe mount warping in shape and risking potential damage to your camera body.

The actual navigation menu on the TT350S is very similar to the rest of the modern Godox flash heads. If you have used a Godox flash previously then you will find it very easy to use. If you are brand new to the Godox flash range then you should be able to easily pick it up as it has been desigined to be as easy to use as possible and in our opinion, Godox have done a great job of it.

The battery life of the Godox TT350S is going to depend on what batteries you put in the flash unit as well as what flash settings you choose to use. That said, decent quality batteries with moderate recycle rates on your flash head should get you around Two Hundred flash activations per set of fully charged batteries.

If you are looking for a great little camera flash head for your Sony camera body then we would highly recommend that you check out the Godox TT350S. It is a great little investment that we feel will end up serving you well for many years to come yet. On top of this, it is very cheap for what you are getting while also providing you with plenty of functionality with great levels of performance too.
